Hello Petshoppers!
There is great news from the Outer Rim! More cute and, yes, mildly dangerous pets have been discovered!
There was such great feedback on the previous pet sketches, that I want to provide as many as I can to you all. So 2 of the new designs will make it into the unlocked $9k stretch goal:
Yay! But don't fear if your favorites didn't win. I have added 2 new pets as an additional stretch goalat $13k. To spread out the goals better, the scenario cards will now be at $11k not $12k!

Hello Petshoppers!
Every day brings us closer to a successful campaign conclusion. But we have some new pets to design!!
Based on some ideas from you all, I have some sketches to vote on. Some ideas were offered that I think are already in the game. I tried to incorporate as much feedback as I could.
If you could comment with your first and second favorite, we'll see which win.
So now's your chance to make a mark on this game beyond the incredible generosity!
Let's decide which pets make it into Alien Petshop!
(One small design note. I may have to make some minor changes or even combine designs to balance the pets in the game. Alien Petshop has tightly balanced pets traits and attributes, so the new pets will need to maintain that.)

Congratulations Petshoppers!!
We have warped past the first stretch goal! 3 new pets will be added to the game!
The first is included below (its a Work in Progress), hence the umm...flavor text.
This video shows you how I painted it and how I assembled the digital card in Photoshop!
I will share some rough ideas for the next 2 pets in the comments. You all have already shared some fun ideas!! Keep the ideas coming!! What sci-fi critters or REAL WORLD critters need homage in Alien Petshop? Now there are some game balance reasons I will need these pets to have certain attributes and traits. That's all part of the design challenge while making something cute and mildly dangerous.

Over 2 years ago, I had a chocolate-peanut butter moment when I was in a local pet shore in Michigan. I thought how cool it would be if I could capture the feeling of caring for pets and sharing them with loving owners AND sci-fi critters that are mischievous, but still, ultimately endearing and cute.
Alien Petshop is that game. I want to thank you all for joining me in this journey to make this game something YOU can take home are share with friends and family.
